Wunderman Thompson: Audi Sport

Audi Sport – Trackside Content
I covered motorsport for Audi Sport at Wunderman Thompson. This involved flying to racetracks around the world to come up with creative content for their races alongside a TV crew, photographers, racing drivers and the creative team. Some of the work was created trackside at world-famous circuits like the Nurburgring in Germany and the Suzuka Circuit in Japan. I planned all the content for our busy race days.

Key Visuals
Here are some of the visuals we produced. I worked on the visual concepts, provided all the copy and collaborated with art to create them. The approach was always fun and playful. The visuals were inspired by various themes, like the countries we visited.

Zone Red Campaign
I worked on the concept for our second-year campaign #ZoneRed.

The end of the Audi R8 speedometer is red. When you enter it you’re filled with excitement… anything can happen… just like our races! This is the red zone — #ZoneRed.

Gifs
Here are some of my ideas for gifs we created to promote the Macau Grand Prix.
Facebook Instant Experiences
I also worked with the team to design, write and put together Facebook Instant Experiences.
Onsite at the racetrack
I came up with copy and ideas quickly mid-race, publishing lots of content. Here’s a few samples of the copy I wrote onsite to support the visuals.

Instagram posts
What happens when you work with the world’s leading Formula 1 photographers, like Mark Sutton? You create cool content.
Always-on content
I had to create and plan always-on content every week across Facebook and Instagram.
Behind the track
Here’s me onsite at the Macau Grand Prix and the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium!
